Located in the Local Government area of Changsha, the Vaya Hotel offers a convenient and peaceful stay just a 10, minute taxi ride away from the city center. the surrounding area is well, connected and provides easy access to various amenities and attractions. the rooms are clean and well, maintained, with comfortable beds and modern furnishings. the hotel offers reliable internet access and a variety of facilities, including LCD TVs. there are beautiful gardens surrounding the hotel that create a serene atmosphere.
Some areas of the hotel, such as the reception seating area and hallway carpets, could use better cleaning maintenance.

A 25-minute ride to the airport. Everything met every demand. Would be happy to recommend this venue to all, can't complain about anything.

Enjoyable Stay but Service Needs Improvement the location of the hotel was convenient for getting around but it was quite far from shopping areas. the rooms were clean and spacious, and the Wi-Fi worked well throughout the hotel. the hot water in the shower was consistent and good.
the check-in process was slow and disorganised.

The hotel amenities were great, especially the gym and swimming pool. It was a nice bonus to have these facilities available during my stay. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to the airport. It saved me a lot of time and hassle when traveling.- The room was clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay for the weekend.
The staff seemed unprepared and gave wrong information, causing some problems and extra expenses. There was a lack of communication about a government meeting happening at the hotel, resulting in the shut down of services for several days.
